We do not refund for change of mind. We will happily exchange at buyers cost for a different product.
If you receive a product damaged through the shipping process please contact sales@beanmeup.com.au within 10 days. Please provide a photo for our records.
If you are unhappy or have trouble growing your beans please provide photos within 2 months of purchase so we can reach a solution re instructions, refund, replacement.
